How long will I be able to access these courses?
Upon purchasing you'll create an account on Udemy.com and will be able to view and access your courses there forever.
If I buy the bundle today, can I redeem my courses later after I get a new computer?
Yes, as long as it’s within 60 days of your purchase you’ll be able to redeem your courses. Once you redeem a course it will be in your Udemy account forever and you'll be able to access it from wherever you have internet.
About Your Purchase
Where can I retrieve my purchase information?
You can always access any of your purchase info right in your account. Just sign into your account and click on your name in the upper right hand corner to view your purchases. You’ll be emailed a confirmation receipt that will contain the necessary information you'll need to access your course information.
Did my purchase go through?
If your purchase was complete, you should 1) receive a confirmation message in your web browser, 2) be able to access all your product information in your account under ‘My Purchases’, 3) receive a confirmation email.
My "Retrieve License" link isn't working for one of my courses, what should I do?
Please carefully read the installation instructions for each of your products to make sure you’re not missing something.
If your URL is still not working, please contact email@example.com with your full name and the email you used to create an account.
When I click on my "Retrieve License" link it takes me to Udemy's website and is telling me the course is FREE, why is that?
It's because you already paid for it :). You have a special URL that recognizes that you already paid for the course from us.

Do I need to create a member account to purchase?
