What Does “Open Box” Mean?

This product is listed as a New Open Box item. New Open Box items are typically considered excess inventory from store shelves. They usually have assorted stickers on the packaging and have been exposed to customer contact. In addition, since most of these items have been returned from retail stores back to the warehouse, the packaging sometimes shows signs of extra handling. These products will go through verification that they are still in new condition and put in clean packaging.

1. Download Party Connect app at Google Play and the App Store. User must link compatible X-series speakers in order to control operation. Requires compatible speakers connected to the same wireless network. Compatible models: XB23, XB33, XB43, XG500, XP500, XP700, XG300, XE200 and XE300.

2. Requires that all ports and covers are firmly closed. Waterproof specification of IPX7*1 as specified in “Degree of protection against water immersion” of the IEC60529. The speaker has been tested to and maintains its operability when gently submersed in water to a depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Dustproof specification of IP6X*2 as specified in “Degrees of protection against solid foreign objects”. The speaker has been tested to and continues to block dust after stirring for 8 hours in a testing device which contains dust particles that are up to 75 mm in diameter. This does not guarantee no damage, no breakdown, or waterproof and dust proof performance in all conditions. Deformation or damage from dropping the system or subjecting it to mechanical shock may cause deterioration of the waterproof and dust proof performance
